In order to complete your file so we can proceed quickly and efficiently with the sale of

your property, COPIES of the following documents will have to be provided within 3

days of the signature of your brokerage contract. 

Originals will be needed for the sale of the property at the notary’s office.

• Residential leases

• Commercial leases

• Municipal tax bill

• School tax bill

• Insurance policy

• Certificate of location

• Deed of sale

• Act of mortgage loan.

• Receipt of mortgage loan.

• Mortgage loan statement showing balance owing

• Co-ownership agreement

• Power of attorney or mandate

• Declaration of transmission
